Registration Portal Usage Information

In order to utilize our Registration Portal you must agree to our policy on Site use below.

DMAVA Divisions (State) are able to use the registration portal as well free of charge with the exception of the credit card processing fee of 4.4%.

In order to assist individual NJ National Guard units both Air and Army with official events they are holding, the NJ DMAVA Employee Activity Committee (DEAC) allows them to utilize our online registration portal. This portal allows the units to accept credit card payments online for registration for their events.

The proceeds are deposited directly into the NJNG State Alumni Association Checking Account. A check is made payable to the unit or association. There are no hidden fees associated with this service, other than a 4.4% fee (added to the total) to cover the associated credit card processing fees & a $10.00 one-time fee per event to cover web hosting fees as we are not-for-profit. This fee can be paid by the registrant (via % of sale) or the unit/department holding the event.
